    Production line LORENZ

    The LORENZ production line is a highly efficient automatic machine for moulding products for different industries such as:

    – confectionery ( pastry cakes, merigues, sponge dough, éclair, soft gingerbread );
    – bakery ( bread, bread roll, baguette );
    – gourmet food – work with various kinds of dough, meat ( all kinds, including fish )
    and stuffing ( fruits, marmalade, pastes, vegetables ).

    Description

    It has the ability to use various kinds of dough:
    – hard pastry;
    – short pastry tarts;
    – gingerbread pastry.

    The LORENZ operates at an efficient rate of 100pcs./min. and supports pastry from 5 to 100 g.

    The LORENZ production line consists of three units:
    – basic pastry pumping and stuffing unit, equipped with shutter dough cutter;
    – stamper;
    – food tray depot.
